I have had the pleasure of working with Teri in many facets. From an in person workshop with Teri & Boon, which was absolutely phenomenal and I learned a lot both of theory, practical, and watching. It was a great reminder of what to put into practice, but also what new things to apply and stretch into. I have had the pleasure of learning how to confidently shoot all types of shapes and people via Teri's confident curves course, both 1 & 2. The confidence to say that I can capture all bodies means a lot to me, and while it's hard to find courses on how to shoot marganalized bodies in boudoir, Teri made sure she made this information accessible to all. I also have her confident curves app in my phone when I need a mind refresh during a shoot when I feel stuck. Teri's FB group everybodies has allowed me to share images that normally would not be celebrated on larger platforms. The ability to be vulnerable and share work and clients that deserve to be celebrated in a safe atmosphere means a lot to me. Last but not least, to be mentored by Teri with her tough love (yet gentle pushes) are something I needed. I look up to Teri a lot and to have advice be taught from someone you respect and admire who will be truthful to you as well is a must for me.
